The Despotate has purchased New Nomar and New Yaragar from Claymore. These are now Despotate fiefs and therefore S&D is closed. We are adding Nova Uxkhal, New Vyincourd, New Nomar, and New Yaragar to our claims.

Due to new circumstances, The Despotate of Veluca is closing its borders in the Velucan heartland (Grunwalder castle, Sarimish, Serindiar, Chaeza, Emer, Ergellon castle, Veluca).

Those within the borders of the heartland have 24 hours to leave. The province of Kelredan (Kelredan Castle, Chide, Burglen, Ibiran, Tahlberl) is also closed without express confirmation from myself, Kale or James. If you have not contacted and asked for permission to pass through the province of Kelredan then you take the risk upon yourself that you will be attacked. The S&D of the Velucan heartland and Kelredan is not to be touched.

We are also opening up a free trade area around Uxkhal. Anyone may trade there except enemies of the state. If we are allied or neutral to you, you are free to trade there and buy equipment. The fiefs included in the free trade area are Uxkhal, Vyincourd Castle, Nomar and Yaragar.

Anyone we have current trade agreements with are free to contact myself or Kale about good exchanges. We will still honor those agreements.

That shit is going to be hard to regulate, especially when so many people don't read the forums and just travel strat buying and selling goods to get silver! So many clans have tried it in the begining of strat but the noobs never know why they get attacked lol.

Yeah I know. Not as many strat noobs this time around but there are some. If possible I will try to solve it diplomatically but that's not always possible nor expedient to do so.

Always ask permission. If its unowned, its free game. If its owned, then assume the owner does not like you taking their S&D if you haven't talked to them yet.

True.  I gave up total control this strat, and look at us now!  Instead of being at war with every faction and slowly getting squeezed out of existence, we are gaining ground.  That's what happens when you let the plebeians make decisions.

Yeah it was me that attacked the guy coming to join us. I didn't even know he was going to join us until 2 hours after the attack. Had I known earlier, wouldn't have hit him and he'd be purple and ready to trade/suit up by now.
