My character: Arn_Tirith_Ecthelion
The offending party: Speed_Lenny_The_Katana
Time: 12:15 PM (EST)
Incident: Recently respected to a 1h shield/thrower built. Was practicing with my throwing axes in NA1 and Speed Lenny decided he didn't like throwing so he team killed me.
Reason he did what he did: He said that he didn't like throwing (see screen shot) and probably felt it was not appropriate for low-pop server time. (There were only about 6 people in the server at this time). While I can see his argument, throwing in my secondary ability in my build. I cannot out run anyone. Anyone can close distance with me by the time I get 2-3 throwing axes off, which are not impossible to dodge. It's not a build I can troll anyone with.
Witnesses: Bishop_Theomere, Olaf_AxeFace, Albus_KUTT.

Lenny, this is your fourth ban on record (3rd for intentional tks). You've been playing for quite some time and know better than to intentionally TK someone at the beginning of a round. I've slowed you down with a 24 hour ban. Here's your sentence:
