I was just wandering what the price of the end game will be, and whether it is going to be available via steam.
$500 at the moment of publication of the game. Considering inflation is equivalent to $20 today :P

They have talked about early access so I presume that steam gonna be a distribution option.
No idea about the price, probably between 25 and 45 euros.
Maybe more closer to 50 eur if we take in consideration the price for early backer but I think the price for the kickstarter was a bit smaller so.. no idea :p

What, 50 €? They'd deserve that for sure and I wish they could demand that kind of money, but that doesn't fit with an indie game of a completely unknown developer group. I guess it will be much more important for them to sell as much games as possible and make a name of themselves with a small margin than trying to make profit.

I would say about 40€ is a fair price, if everything is polished nicely on release. Buy early access for 8€ and you can get the game on release for 30€.

Make "start" deal like ARK, "discount" 33% at start and once all 3 weeks so it's "just" 32€ than raise it back to 40 and somehting. After some time reduce it again, so people think "hey it's cheap now could try that out" but cheap is just the price they wanted all the time..

The early backers are not just backers tho. That is a whole different deal.
I'd assume it's gonna be in the €15 to €25 range. It's a niche game and won't sell for anything higher imo.
