Is HA still nerfed to ground or is it playable, thinking of trying to play a few rounds.
-
It is nerfed to hell when I tried.
-
Boy, I sure hope not!
-
Yeah, take up HA as your class when the mod is alive and well :^)

Still op against other cavs and archers/low armored enemies. If ure actually good with it u should have no problem goong 1-4 on the scoreboard!
-
Against armoured enemies? No.
Against lightly armoured? Yep.
Other cav? Definitely.
You'll still burn in hell for your sins though, nothing can save you from that.

Highly playable as always, but like most ranged class on horseback, you have to choose between extremely low power and average-good manoeuvrability/accuracy, or average power and average-low manoeuvrability/accuracy. You can not be excellent anywhere, except with your own personal skill playing said class, which if above average, can net you a very decent score, even with the most maimed classes.

Don't know about HA but I tried HXbox the other day. It was very much playable.
Sumpter horse
Heavy armor
A 2h sword
Light xbow and 8 bolts
I usually rode around the map, shooting in skirmishes. Got 2-3 kill with the xbow regularly + the occasional dismounted rider. But once the maps changed to low or no buildings it was almost useless.

the last times I played I used a str based build and some medium - light armor and a yumi. Dmg output was pretty amazing and those ones who are actually good at horsearchery can manage the opened crosshair. And the horsespeed will be allways shit, but it's actually okay with a courser! Its like a arabian warhorse with a bit fewer manouver! speed compared to other cavs sucks cocks in hell, but that makes them actually feel like they're gonna rekt u and u'll be like pew pew and their horsi dead.

hmmm, the server population doesn't seem that high now that I look at it
