Title: free respecs

How do I access my free respecs?  Is it true that everybody gets a free respec each week?  If so, it doesn't allow me to utilize it.  I don't think I have ever used one of these free respecs.

And it takes a week now to switch hero to an alt, I would've sworn it used to be 24 hours

Step 1 - Remove your character in question from Strategus Hero role.
Step 2 - Wait delayed time...
Step 3 - ???
Step 4 - Profit and respec each week...

Maybe a long long time ago. During my time in crpg it has always been a week.

Also, Jaren is right you can access the free respecs by changing your strategus hero, just have to wait a while.
