3. Time and server, as accurately as possible: 8:41pm EST 11/08/2015 NA_cRPG_1

4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after:
I played as shielder, capturing the flag while this guy tried to interrupt the capturing by shooting bolts. I'm unaffected. maybe he's annoyed so he went dismounted and had a combat with me. I fought firmly but thanks to the lags(got a ping around 300) I was killed finally. Seeing my ID he said insulting words including "Chink".

5. Why you think the offender did what he did:
thing's obvious. Since when has CHINK become a word irrelevant to RACISM? Is RACISM no longer forbidden by the rules?

This doesn't actually merit a ban, imo. But if you want to ban one of the most active NA players, sure go ahead.
