was the first time that a public server was actually doing what I said :D On EU 2 it was common, but hell,

WE PLAYED EU 1. WITH TACTICS. WITH A SHITTON OF MELEE AND CAV. ALMOST NO RANGED. HELL IT FELT LIKE 2 YEARS AGO!

now really honest, today was by far the best  day in cRPG since we had the last big strat battle in EU against Grey :D

Great event it was and, I'm sure, much bigger than anyone could have thought of. Great to see that the community still has the coordination to make something like this work and something close to 80% of the players on the server participated.

One thing I enjoyed about this one was that it was not just about fun - although that's the biggest part - but there was some genuine tactical aspects to it as well. Big thanks to Butan and the OdE's and Tuetensuppe for trying to keep the police force organized and also to whoever was keeping the protestors working together. Made for some great gameplay that reminded me of crpg of yesteryear!

I hope we'll see more of these events in the future as well with varied themes and they just might help keep the mod alive for a while longer.

Mr. K is an exellent commander!

Under his command (and grandmom's and Arn, of course) many enemies perished.

Oh dann i would never say k sucks at commandong. There has to be atleast one thing he is good at in this game   :twisted:

It was just like tuete arn and K were talking about tactics in ts while I was commanding the enemy side :D I couldnt really abuse what I knew cuz we were rioters! I couldnt fucking go shieldwall like them or do ambushes, 40% of the rioters were a bit trolling so I was just trying to get it a bit organized and make the policeofficers get rekt  :twisted: after the 4:0 win all of a sudden all of them left teamspeak, so I think it felt like rioters won xD

In the end yea, especially the tower defense map, where every non-police were ramboing outside, and maulers were crushing us inside.
But in the first half, we crushed you  :twisted: I won like 35k gold despite extremely heavy-robocop outfit (maybe its the norm now, I dont play much except those events).
