1. Name of your character involved: AmoX_Spamwhore 2. Name of offending character(s): LastChaos_Shepherd_Salad_Vio 3. Time and server, as accurately as possible: Eu3 at around 20:52 +2GMT 4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after:
Joined duel server, dueled this dude once. Then all of a sudden he pulls out a banpoll on me for killing his horse that he left laying there.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*
Apparently this dude doesn't like me, don't know why. I killed a random horse on the duel server.. can't be a valid reason for a banpoll.
7. Names of players who witnessed what happened: Well, he was dueling there with like 6 of his clanmates so I don't know would anyone of these guys support me.
