Title: Problem with the launcher

Hello,

I have an issue with the cRPG launcher, each time I try to start my game, I'm getting this problem. 
(click to show/hide)

It started happening maybe 2 days ago, but after running the application 2-3 times after I get that message, the game was running just fine, but now it's hopeless.  I think it has something to do with the "WSE2 Beta" trying to update or something, because that's the only message I have before getting the critical error.

If someone has the solution, it'll be appreciate.

Press the "Offline" Option and the game should work. At least for me it did.

I had the same problem; tried repairing and repeatedly launching to no avail.

First time I thought to run the launcher in admin mode, there wasn't an issue.

If they update the game it will be a problem for us.

Yep, same here - tried 20 times, didn't work. So only works in offline mode and I'm guessing next time it needs to update - we're screwed.

starting offline works, just check offline and wse2 at crpg launcher

Trying offline mode ...
Still, i hope someone finds the time to fix this issue, with donkeys overseas hugging their new computers  :rolleyes:

Anyone know if there is any way to get wse2 if you don't already have it downloaded? I formatted my HD today and so I am reinstalling crpg, hence running on offline won't work since I never downloaded wse2 in the first place.

Delete the crpg launcher and redownload it. Then it should be working and updateable. That fixed it for me anyways.

(Might have deleted the crpg exe as well. don't remember fully)


and sparvico, download http://c-rpg.net/cRPGLauncher.exe
Then run it and check the wse2 beta box

Hrm. It is not working for me. Although I notice I have no actual crpg.exe or any exe in the module folder itself. Perhaps I am somehow missing that?

What can they do? You guys don't see the signs and still play. Stahp demnet!
