The weights of these polearms are only from 2 in weight, too 2.3

The necessary str requirements are a bit broken.

You have a light glaive, Weight 2.3, STR needed 15

Long hafted blade, weight 2, str needed is 15

Ashwood pike, weight 2, str needed 12

At last You have Heavy lances that is 2.1 in weight and needs only 11 str.

Why is this ?

Weight in Wood or weight in iron, 2 is the same...

its like those old redicoulus great maul nerfes staring at 18 str we're now at 24 and much to much weight at all

why is this so: someone though its good.

same is here with those spears/polearms. Deal with it.

str. req. are a balancing thing more then a logic thing.  is to prevent agi builds from running around with weapons that are to strong with too much agi.

The weight stat is mostly about weapon stuns, rather than physical weight. The length is the most important stat for how fast or slow you will run - that lance will make you run slower than the Glaive

It looks like the light glaive was compared with the regular glaive, instead of the long hafted blade. They are different weapons after all.

It would take more strength IRL to swing a weapon right/left than stab or overhead. So I think this is fine? maybe I'm just crazy.

Like I don't know what you are trying to bring up...

But iron is heavier than wood...

Yeah, a pound of iron is heavier than a pound of wood.

worst thing is how the arabian heavy lance is so OP vs the reg. heavy lance.  I call revers racism!

I have been saying this for a while now. The weapon difficulties needed to be increased after 18/18 became 21/21. These requirements are almost irrelevant. I am not entirely for streamlining builds (see Riding skill increase), but at least make it so that the agi-max builds do not have access to long, spammable weapons.

Yeah, a pound of iron is heavier than a pound of wood.

It's more dense....just like his original statement.
