Hi i TKed someone why am i banned in all my chars?

I banned you for exactly the reason you just stated, because you intentionally TK'd someone. Bans are for all characters, ban duration is 1 day.

i TKed that asshole for aboozing the report thing, i got so sick of him reporting damageless punches since at least yesterday or before it, and i playfully punched a couple of teammates without damage, and he was the only one to report as usal, so i TKed to teach him a lesson about the report thing and why it's there.

If people report you for what you do, no matter if it is friendly punches/nudges/kicks, you should take it as a signal that these people do not enjoy it and you should stop. This is in no way abusing the report function. Ban stays, do not do it again and please refrain from teaching people any "lessons" like that in the future.
