4. We were ninja rostered at a strat battle because we were accused of gearbugging fiefs (?) and raiding (which I did do, which is not a violation of the rules, obviously). Because they were naked and without weapons and we had taken most of their ticks they began polling to kick/ban me so as to get weapons and remove me from the server. The admin did very little to stop this until too late for whatever reason, but that may have been an honest mistake in judgment and I do not hold it against the admin, despite the feeling that while it happened he was really just going through the motions. We lost the battle and Louie's army because they managed to ban me and steal a weapon and get flags. We were very nearly done with the battle and had won. Had I not been banned there is little to no chance that we would have lost. The fact that I was banned is the sole reason we lost the battle. Schoi was banned for a SINGLE HOUR for this. I believe this is far too leniant of a punishment. This was extremely unsportsmanlike on the part of schoi and the majority of the players who polled to kick and then ban me for no legitimate reason. I did nothing wrong on strat as far as I know. I sold gear to a fief to ungearbug myself. I then attacked that fief. If that somehow gearbugs the fief, then that's on the devs not me. I was unaware of that. I do not have screenshots, but I have witness and I am sure the admin will be honest enough to explain what happened objectively.
5. See above. Because he is a troll and he wanted attention and he was probably the only one willing to violate the rules to do what the rest of their team wanted to do.

Absolutely disgusting behavior on Schoi's part. I knew he was an idiotic child, but didn't think he would do something like that. He deserves far more than a 1 hour ban for this. It was solely his fault that we lost a 1k shiny army due to him cheating and due to the admin on the servers lack of doing anything to stop it. Deserves far more than 1 hour.

There was also an attempted ban on me, though I guess enough people realized how lovable and harmless I am, because it did not pass.
Either way, this kind of exploit should not be tolerated.

That's completely irrelevant to the topic. I'll admit my actions were not without huge consequence, and I know that. But you're just mad, you're sitting there at home, face red, mouse clicking furiously. You're mad af.
It was worth it, and I'm ready to accept any punishment that may come, but please, don't choose a shitty admin to choose the length. This simple poll made everyone on my team happy, the hype increased. I knew that if the poll would be accepted, everyone except the opposing team (which had less people) would be hyped up and laughing. This is also irrelevant, but it's my reasoning to why I did it.
But yes, what I did was "wrong", in sportsmanship, and rules. But was it worth it, hell yes.

Cheating was used to defeat cheating. I was at the battle as well and think it was justified. I believe that Schoi should get a 3 day ban for his ban abuse and Froi, Bauer, BEHEMOTH, James, and Simon should get at least a week to a month+ for multiple instances of cheating and gear bombing. James was also caught trading real life money for loom points and nothing was done about it. Matthew of Acre has also done this for CS:GO keys and a copy of GTA:V.

This is absolutely absurd. We did nothing to cheat on strat and if I accidentally glitched something out in a fief that doesn't even have an army to defend it against a raid, well I'm not going to apologize for that. Why should I? As for the others, I don't know. We've spawned with broken weapons and not peasant gear defending stuff too. I don't know what to tell you. If any other members of the clan have somehow glitched out strat and cheated in the past, then they should apologize for their actions and be dealt with accordingly.
What I did was the following: I had a battle, I was gear-bugged. I sold the gear to the crappy castle I was trying to get silver from. I then raided it because someone suggested it to me in teamspeak. I thought it was a prudent thing to do, since the goal was to get money out of this debacle. If selling gear to a fief somehow gear bugs it, that's kind of fail. It really doesn't make sense to me.
I can also confirm that no one in teamspeak proposed to me that I should sell the gear to the fief and then attack it in order to gear bug it. We aren't scheming and plotting like most people's perception of bankers or something. I'm a noob in strat so I have no idea what the hell is going on, but it seems that my mistake (which doesn't really change the situation for largos' fief anyways) has caused a great deal of problems for my faction. I suppose I will apologize for that. Regardless, the reaction and following action which caused Louis to lose his army is completely unjustified. Countering cheaters by cheating is stooping to their level and anyone that pressed 1 in those polls should be ashamed of themselves.

I can tell you for certain in that second link that I didn't put anything into that fief before attacking it. It's not my fault Largos didn't protect his fief. As for the other ones, it looks like people were idiots and didn't protect their stuff. But I don't know. I think HoC is just throwing a massive fit, honestly. I'm confident that Froi was completely ignorant of any fief-gearbugging trick (if one exists) as well. We're just doing our thing. No one complained until now as far as I know.
Here's the situation as far as I can tell: A number of engagements around and against Largos' castle. I sell gear to get rid of it and raid a place that Largos put his entire army into the population to defend, which gave me the opportunity to raid it, since he has no ability to defend it. Honestly, I feel like I was set up in a way. As if they wanted something like this to happen so as to screw HCE over completely. Even IF Largos is gearbugged inside the castle, it DOES NOT MATTER since he has NO ARMY to defend against a raid.
So, yeah. HoC is throwing a fit over nothing by the looks of it. They can continue making asses, or even plated asses of themselves if they so choose. It does not bother me or the rest of my clan/faction (yes there are some people who are not Acre in HCE still). Furthermore, signing against us to punish us for something that doesn't even matter seems a bit childish. If you don't like us, don't sign for us. The whole point is to have fun. I don't think HoC is having fun.
Why am I posting on this when I never post on the forums and would usually never make a ban thread? Because what happened at Louie's battle was completely unjustified and Schoi should be severely punished for his actions. Further, admins should not be biased to the situation.

Please explain where our gear in the fief went then m80s. We had 10 swords in the fief to make sure if people tried this shit we would be able to fight back. But when the battle starts the gear isn't usable in game lol. Cute.

There is none, people are saying "schoi dank memer" in TS3. Because the ban had a good reason, not a near end of the round TK type of reason. Also due to my actions a major victory happened, and the hype continues still.

According to the admin ban thingy Jona issued the bans (acre bans); whether or not dupre/dr professor extended/revised them idk.
No idea what is being talked about above this post; but Schoi was banned by dr professor.
Locking this thread because its just turned into a whatever you would call this.
