3. Time and server, as accurately as possible 8:45 pm EST NA1

4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. I was team killed in spawn and rejoined and was team killed again after

5. Why you think the offender did what he did. Because I rejoined after being team killed and he thought he was doing a justice by braking the rules.

6. Multiple Screenshots visitors can't see pics , please register or login


7. Names of players that can witness what happened.

As cRPG volunteer pro-bono charity public defender, I would like to point out that the content of NA1 chat logs is in no way to be considered fact. There is no proof that Cikel's statement was anything other than a reference to an in-progress fictional work set in the cRPG universe.

TK logs; however, are admissible evidence in court. As displayed by exhibit A, Dex is clearly guilty of aggrevated teamkilling. I respectfully recommend an IP range ban.

What he did was wrong yeah but I'm not going to punish him for the following reasons
1: You double spawned the previous round
2: I asked you to sit the next round out
3: you didn';t so I kicked you.
4: you returned and respawned again; he tk'd you literally seconds before I banned you for 5 minutes.

Should he get involved in admin things probably not; Locking thread.
