Title: Other than deleting character,,is there N E Way to change name now

I would like to keep my heirloomed Items on a character ....but when u retire u cannot change name ..and now only spelling and clan tags....so is there anyway without starting all over .....to change name and keep items
 I had named him long time ago as a test on new patch... now  I would like to change it

Well you can not change your name as in from Daddydeath to like lets say TheOneAndOnly. You can change it to the Daddydread or something close or adding a tag. But other than that, sadly no you cannot fully change your name

I think chadz plans to eventually reintegrate changing your name when you retire as an option, but I'm not sure on that one, and until then you're out of luck.

You can always try to bribe some admin with some, lets say 300k, gold :) I dont say it will be a succes but you can try.

Heard that it's possible, but "you can't hide your reputation". So maybe changing name slowly to what you want? Like... Jack -> Jack Daniel -> Daniel.

I feel pain of those "shadow archers" and such running around with polearms.

Instead of namechange you might get char delete if you try it like this :) i dont advise it
