Portuguese, brasilian accented. I understand it so I may be biased but I don't see it as very different from other latin derived languages. She's just using a baby voice as some people usually do with pets and children, and her voice is pretty annoying in the first place.

Portuguese sounds great. Wanna know what's annoying? Redneck and scouse accents. Turkish/Hungarian/Finnish/Dutch languages sound bad to my ears as well. German has some charm to it, being language of robots etc.
