Title: Like Button? Where?

I noticed that every post has it,s own like rating, but there,s no like button, is it some sort of website error, or im just stupid?
I can post screenshot as a proof

there is a "+" and a "-" next to the "rating".
In some cases though, they are missing. For example in the Spam section and the ban section (except for unban essays I believe).

Well, this is not spam neither ban section and i don,t see these ''+'' and ''-''

You have to have more than 20 posts I believe
