Title: Retired at 36, only got 1 heirloom point.

On 9/15 I finally leveled up to 36 and figured I would retire in game. When I finally looked in my inventory on the website I found that I only had 1 heirloom point instead of 3. Plz halp me.

I haven't even looked at my messages since last year, so I really doubt it could be that.

Have you done a trade, that givve you a msg in archives where you see if you used it or not

And i highly doubt you only got 1 lp, that leveling system has always worked, ive done it twice.

I haven't completed a trade. I've done the leveling system 14 times and it has worked, doesn't mean it can't mess up once.

If a piece of code works 14/15 times under the exact same conditions, I think it is far more likely that human error is to blame in this instance. Not saying you don't deserve a refund or w.e.

I am definitely ready to admit something I did may have caused it. All I want is to get my 2 other loompoints.

I just checked and you definitely retired at level 35. I'm not sure if there is any way to prove that you screwed up and retired just a minute or two of playtime prior to leveling up or not, so you might be out of luck I'm afraid.  :?

Obvious solution is to just give everyone 2lps

Did you retire while you were 36 INGAME or on the website? Afaik xp and gold gain isn't instanteneous, did you check to make sure you were 36 on the website when you retired?

Oberyn is correct.. in game is not perfectly synchronized with website..
