For retiering at 35 you get 1 lp
For retiering at 36 you get 3 lp
Every time you retire you get a xp bonus per tick until gen 16.

Until 35 you need 7,999,020 xp

For 36 you need 3 times more.

So 3 x lvl 35 = lvl 36
