Just kidding.
I recently got back into this with a friend after cycling through a bunch of coop games. We both liked PoE and Torchlight 2, so we thought we'd give the 'new' combat system in RS a try; we both quit just before the new combat system was introduced.
A lot of it still seems the same, but I'm enjoying the new additions atm.
Particularly dungeoneering, the key sharing updates are very welcomed imo.
I don't liked how the majority of my gear is now shit though, that's a bummer.

I hate grinding over and over, so when i do something it's just for a while. I also hate spending all my lame cash stack for a couple levels in skills.
I had quit before Divination and dungeoneering. Just started earlier this year. Once i got the hang of Eoc, it is a ton easier.

Rs3 is an easier version of the game to play. I guess, when time is more important than money. You can spend $18.00 and get 30 mil.
When I was still in school 10 years ago and had no job, nothing better to do, it was cool to waste my life away grinding. Now it just makes the game easier. So that's why I play rs3 vs old school.
Basically why wash your own vehicle when you can pay 10 bucks and save yourself an hour?

Well, they added a new skill this week, if anyone cares. I doubt anyone does.
It's called Invention. You break down old weapons/armor to get materials and you can use them to upgrade your own weapons/armor

Wow, Runescape?
I quit just before the EoC update, it fucked me all over (being a melee,range pvp blitz)
Plus, they wanted more and more of my money with all those stupid wheel of fortune and bonus cosmetic stuff..

Not sure, it just came out today, I haven't had a chance to check it out yet. The only bad part about it is they are calling Invention an "elite" skill. You need 80 smithing/crafting/divination to be able to start it. I'll check just it out after work today.

Gosh I remember playing this a bit some gazillion years ago, first tutorial level, bakin´ bread aaaahahaha

Well from what I found out with just playing around with it is that you'll need to have billions in order to get 99, of course people had max level...120. Within 48 hours of it releasing. I mean honestly a maple longbow which has is usually 230 gp is selling for 1200.. adamant hatchet which sells for 400 is going for 9k, and they sell instantly on the g/e. Everything is skyrocketing. I'm sure in a month or so everything will be back to normal and all the "recipes" will be figured out.
I think my best recipe I've I found is like 1% more damage to dragons... lol.

Well, my Runescape days are over. I got hacked. No idea how they knew my Password/Bankpin/ I also had one of those google authenticator things. Anyways. RIP 650M cash, tons of untradeables. It was a good long run, 100 days from being a 10 year old account.
