Title: Random Full Character Reset

Hi, I was in-game a few moments ago, everything was normal and about 3 minutes after I respawned I saw something saying "Your new password is: ####"

So I pressed C, all my stats had disappeared, I was put to level 25 again when I was level 33 previously.
I checked the website, again, the same problem, I have lost all my stats.

So I thought, "I can't have lost my items!" Think again! I lost ALL my items and my gold!

I have NO clue how this happened and I really want all my stuff back.
