Where the fuck is the button to make a faction?

error says cant load faction ID

Click the Faction button, and you should  be able create it there.
(sorry missed that step)

IF that doesn't work, seems it's been to long since I've done it.

It used to be in the faction tab there was a hyperlink to create a faction. It is no longer there

It wasnt working on firefox but now it is on chrome. thanks.
