Everyone is complaining about lag and it is true the server is laggin!
-
reset the server pls, thank you

NA server has been having a lot of either network or server issues lately.
Friday night on 08/28 pings were fine (seem a bit higher lately), but the server was either lagging or there was dropped packets on the network to reach the server causing frame loss.
Animations were being skipped on my end and key strokes not responding immediately.
Any traces I did showed no packet loss but packets were delayed.
here is my latest trace from Austin Texas to Chicago..

when it hits the cogentco network shit gets shady. Maybe someone with some more network knowledge might chime in. I know there was a huge outage earlier this week on several of the large networks which might cause routing changes and issues now.
shit is getting too annoying. High ping is one thing, but when you start getting packet loss or major jumps then playing gets too unpredictible.

I don't even see swing animations right now. It's pretty bad.
-
Bolts and arrows are released a second or two after releasing the mouse button instead of immediately.
-
I have also noticed that arrows and bolts will land beside, but then a second or two later I am hit by them.

I contacted the hosting company last night, asked them to restart NA cRPG servers.
They said they restarted all servers that were empty, I believe all but DTV got a restart.

I believe DTV was only one reset. It was the only one I wasn't lagging on.
-
Yeah, if they did restart them all it didn't seem to fix the lag.
They can't restart servers with people in them just on my request so we'd have to empty them out and keep them that way to get a restart.
I was certain NA1 was empty though, at the time of restarts. It's still very laggy today though.

Lets reset it about 100x everyone get off for a lil while.

Well, I can't get a restart... All I can do is email the company and hope that when they get to it the server is still empty.
-
Shit be unplayable right now yo
-
there not gonna bud, they want the game to die off so they can get followers for a new game.
-
Could be a network issue and restarts wouldn't help that anyways. Who knows, man, who knows.
-
Just looking forward to playing that's all. (Without the lag of course)
-
Server was reseted. Seems a little bit more stable. Like Neux said, could be a network issue....
