Makalele,Sad Hobo and I had a little conversation today and arranging a rageball hour seemed like a good way to revive the gamemode.
Rageball is extremely fun , rewarding gamemode sadly quite underplayed recently, our wish is to meet up in server in a specific time so we can play with bigger amounts of people. Please cast your vote, and until the poll expires I will try to be on EU6 after 6 pm GMT. Please don't vote if you are not playing rageball ever.

Well, there is a guide that explains all the controls in Beginners Guide section in the forums, also the silly old flying tackle has been disabled for years now. These polls are all well and good, but to actually get a match going what is needed is that people are willing to be the first ones to populate the empty server.

With the player base we have left on this mod, I think the only realistic way to get a game going, is to set a weekly day and time when people should join. Even then, if players prefer to join already populated battle server over empty rageball one, nothing will change.

Rage ball is just such a good battle i dont know why more melee heads dont play it?

The only way to make rageball happen again (for more than 2 hours a week) would be to make it melee only and maybe remove shields imo. The last times rageball was populated everyone left sooner or later because the inflationary increase of throwers and archers at times. Maybe i am wrong, but if more than half of the server is just shooting things in the direction of the ball (or often enough in the direction of any enemy) at least i loose the fun really fast.

No need to be delusional about how anyone will change a thing in this game-mode, but if nothing is done... happy team deathmatching.
