3. Time and server, as accurately as possible: August 19th at 9:14 NA_1

4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. He team wounded me a bunch the map before, but I didn't ctrl-m him then next map he does it again and I report him for it. In the logs it shows him trying to play it off as if he is not team wounding on purpose. The next day when my brother was playing on his character he team wounded on purpose again.

5. Why you think the offender did what he did: Just a mad player who team wounds people after being insulted.

I was there, and to be honest all of these were completely accidental. The first screen they were in combat. The rest is a bunch of piled up screenshots from multiple maps.

Dynamics, just because your bad at the game doesn't mean you have to try to ban all the good players.
