Title: Is the loom sale actually happening

I was wondering whether or not the loom sale that everyone has told me about is happening or not. I'm a pretty new player and cheep looms wold help a ton so any info would be nice thanks.

on the crpg-website, go to marketplace, trades and set in "looking for" the alternative "heirloom points only"

Sadly you have a pretty bad timing. The price for loompoints went up from 380k to 770k in the past few months ;P
But you can get your own loompoints by
- leveling your character up to lvl 35 or higher
- playing enough DTV (Defend the Viscount), since it´s the fastest way to raise money
- or, if you´r an artist, earning gold and loompoints by drawing pictures for people, f.e. their characters :)

And if you meant to the Loom Flash Sale, it was 2-3 weeks ago but dont worry, there are more to come in the future

I bought 3 LP for 600 k..

Step 1: Get 2 loompoints.
Step 2: Start a raffle , make everyone signing up pay 100k.
Step 3: You will get 20-30 people, do the raffle and give the winner 2 loompoints.
Congrats, you now sold 2 loompoints for more than 2mil gold. Now buy more loompoints and repeat.

just out of curiosity.  Does the market place actually check whether or not you have an item on your char or your account before you put up a trade?   Or is there some sort of listing check to ensure you have the item to offer?

I assumed it did, but I just quickly put up a trade for loom for X price when I don't have any loom points on any of my accounts?!

Wouldn't this mean fake trades sway the market prices too?  Am I missing something here?  Is there any check in place to keep that from happening?
