Title: Installer problems

The installer stops on random files when i try to install it on my new pc, this is the 3rd day and its still not working, i saw a thread about it and tried the solutions but none worked, what is wrong with it?

try to start it as admin and turn all of ur virus programs, atleast that's what I would do.
