Hello I need to ask a favor
I have this friend who forgot his steam email and only knows his old steam. He is unable to find his newer cd-key.
His old account was banned for multi-accounting and he got another account which he cant remember now. I was wondering if it was possible to unban his old account and Ban the new one instead?You can exchange the items if needed.
I think its a fair exchange to ban one and unban other and will be a faster solution since he cant remember his e-mail/password etc.

Hello,

I checked the "older" account and found only one character on the cd key. He's only level 7 gen 1 with no gold or items... It was globally banned by chadz or cmp i dont remember, for multi accounting. 2 days ago when we checked it was still banned
