Title: Turd Ball Cookie recipe

This is my mother in laws "Chocolate Chip Cookie ball" recipe (which we call turd ball cookies) they are fucking amazing.

These are some I brought to work: visitors can't see pics , please register or login
Mix these four ingredients in a large bowl until it has a "whipped" consistency:
*1 cup Butter Flavored Crisco (can substitute with butter, but won't be the same) *1 egg *3 TBSP sugar *4 ½ oz. Dark Chocolate Jello Instant Pudding (not the fat free/low calorie, and not the knock off version)
Add flour, and mix together minimally (until flour is incorporated, do not overmix):
*2 cups flour (lightly spooned into cup)
Fold in:
*1 cup chocolate chips
Mix and shape into 1 inch balls, roll in bowl of sugar until coated. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Makes about 30 cookies.

Distantly related, but for those of you how, like me, don't cook - i can recommend this amazing choko-mousse:
I am not so much into sweets, but this shit is a killer! Orgasmic taste. Wish i could cover Scarlett Johansson in that stuff and lick her clean. Don't know if you can get it outside of EU, but if you see it - get it! Simply exquisite!

I'm more of an oatmeal raisin cookie lover, but those sound good. I'll make 'em for the next big family picnic. And be sure to call them turdball cookies. The name reminds me of this, which I made for a Halloween party a few years ago.
