Title: Ban Aboveu

1. Name of your character involved: Hikari

2. Name of offending character(s): Aboveu

3. Time and server, as accurately as possible: Approximatively 5:30-45 AM EST

4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. I'm fighting and this guy start swinging intentionally at me in the back until I am dead.  What happened after it's pretty much investigating about this issue and the offender calling me an autistic and some other crap.  I don't know the guy and there's no story between us prior to the offence.   

5. Why you think the offender did what he did.  No idea.  I believe I killed him a few times in some other maps and he decided to take revenge on me while being in my team?

7. Names of players that can witness what happened. 
Berserker_King_Lumetta told me he witnessed the offence. (His name appear in the screenshot somewhere, which prove his presence on the server at that time.)

Although Aboveu just joined the Berserks, He did Team kill right in front of my eyes. His behavior towards other players makes me think he isn't new, but a troll who joined us. All though I testify against him, if he is really a new player then let him off with a warning or a short punishment (Highly doubt he is all that new anyways) just so he understands Team killing isn't tollerated

He isn't new, I remember him being in Hess when I was and he was a general troll back then as well.

Not a new player, was banned for tking in the past. Banned 2 days.
