3. Time and server, as accurately as possible around: EU1, 19:05, also check the logs before, so you notice he's a toxic player
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. Basically nudged me down on purpose to make me die, lost 75%.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.* Because as I said above, he's a toxic player and a troll, check the logs from 18:30 to 19:05.

I have not seen it happening but I have seen this guy making homosexual jokes and some other weird type of jokes for Russians.
Then I wanted to kick poll him as "warning" But I guess he thought he did not go too far yet and ban polled me for opening that kick poll with valid reason.
(My kick poll did not get accepted cuz the map was changed.)
After that I ban polled him then he got banned. Looks like he did not learn his lesson back there 3 days ago.

It could be him, some people are getting 10/20 more ping than usual in more or less short periods.

I can confirm the marketplace jackassery. He openly scolded people who were helping him, but some others were also provocating him aswell (hobo pls)

Right, you should not go cry to admins with all and every tiny rule breaking incident, that wouldn't be exactly cool, but there is a limit to everything, shittalking as well, be it harrasing or just stupid spam.
Besides, I see he is a returning player - 4 bans in 2012 (all in a course of 1 and a half month), then nothing for 3 years. Banned twice for chat abuse, once for griefing and once for teamkilling.
Banned for 1 day for teamkilling and warned for chat abuse. HOWEVER, if he continues to be an ass and deal his own justice in form of revenge teamkilling, next punishment will be much harsher.
Just a reminder people, revenge teamkill is NEVER ok, and no admin will ever look at a revenge teamkill and think it was the right thing to do. And teamkilling people who offend you is also a wrong thing to do, mute works in this case.
