What did he back up into? He was backing up slowly and it looked like the whole bus flipped. Also looks like someone hit the bus from behind.

On August 2nd 2013 9:52 am, a chinese travel bus got hit by a truck while driving backwards on a highway, which resulted in 23 injuries and one dead person. Due to the power of the impact, the bus driver himself flies out of the window. He survived, but the driver of the incoming truck didn't

What an idiot, if you ever need to stop on a highway you use third far-right lane. What was he thinking? I guess even if I knew I would need to translator it for those weird characters they use.

China follows American Driving Convention(IE right hand side), in which the driver was in the "slow" lane/emergency lane. If anything the truck driver wasn't paying any attention either.

If you had watched the youtube video in the spoiler, you can see that he is actually using the normal right side driving lane to drive BACKWARDS ON THE FUCKING HIGHWAY!

Which is the "slow" lane.

(also, if you watch the video, he was in between the "emergency lane" and the right "slow" lane).
