Title: Ban _Tomays and LaxFreshes

BAN REQUEST FORM:
1. Name of your character involved: New_Player2323
2. Name of offending character(s): LaxFreshes, _Tomays
3. Time and server, as accurately as possible: Eu3, around 15:30 +3GMT
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after: There were 4 players on the duel server: Me, Sergio_Malicioso, _Tomays and LaxFreshes (last two are in the same clan, atleast same banners). All minding our own businesses and dueling. After a while I notice a ban poll on Sergio and moments later a ban poll for me was created. Obviously succeeded since these 2 heroes were on the same side and wanted to ban us from the server. I have no idea why they polled us but I've seen this kind of behaviour from Tomays before also. After that I joined Eu1
5. Why you think the offender did what he did. Well, Tomays has banpolled me from the server before with his clan because I was beating them in duels so I guess that's the reason. I have no idea about LaxFreshes but I guess the reason is the same.
