Title: throwing from horseback... still sucks..

took a break some months back for silly patch to be reversed.
Got back on my donkey today.. still sucks balls. wat? 15 dmg cap not reversed yet?
See you guys at the battlefield next year.

The cap went down for some time, and got re added.
