Title: DTV Celtic Ruins rain issue

I was playing DTV on the "DTV Celtic Ruins" map when it suddenly started to rain. Now, I have 2 GTX780s and even they couldn't handle the FPS drop.
Is there an option to turn off rain on this map?

Yea.. we kind of opened about 500 threads about removing rain, or decreasing the probability already.

Seems there is more rain than ever.
