pepe was annoying the crap put of me, he was continuously bashing me, so i ban polled him. IM not going to Mute him because he is never ending. hes either got to learn to shut up or not play.

To be fair, it really is annoying to mute a person every single time s/he joins the server.

Don't know about pepe, but I muted someone before and they would leave and rejoin the server just to annoy me more.

And that can be as annoying as someone griefing you in any other way.
So if that was actually case the banpoll was justified.

And I guess many of us know that pepe really can be annoying on an advanced level.

How did they figure out you muted them?  Anyway, muting is probably the best form of punishment to give out to players who spam/abuse/grief etc.  I find that 90% of the violations that happen in NA can be dealt with by mutes.
