Siege didn't die. The mod did. Some still duel on the mourning state. It's body might've perished, but the songs about it's deeds shall be sang and will echo through eternity. For cRPG is love, cRPG is life.

Because conquest maps were broken for such small server population, i mean 40+ mins with 14 or so players was just stupid.

At one point population became too small to cover two servers and sudden emergence of EU1 (or siege clans losing interest) killed off EU2 Siege server. Today is monday, there was 30 people on EU servers and most of them on battle (DTV was empty). Seems like DTV will die next, after that EU1 will die and no one will play this mod anymore.

Edit: You can accelerate the process if you want, dear devs. Just give us 30 or so players who are still active admin powers. We will stop playing two days after, just like Biceps guy and Gravoth did.

Battle works with very low population, siege doesnt. Since mod has very few active players the few there go to EU1, even people who prefer siege. Since EU1 is very dull without a few mates to help avoid the ganks etc theres rarely enough on EU1 for a switch.

Time to say thanks for the many hours of fun on siege, its not coming back.

Conquest didnt kill siege, but some of the maps where you could spend 20 minutes attacking the same chokepoint with defenders just going up down endlessly for masses of kills did not help.

More like: WHY THE FUCK IS EU1 DEAD NOW AND SIEGE ALIVE?!

Seriously, I just wanted to hop on eu1 and rek people for a bit and then there are like zero people on eu1. Instead everyone jerking off on eu2. Wtf?

Yeah, siege needs 40 ppl to work, and 60+ to be fun.

R.I.P. EU2. At least we still have DTV for some occasional fun.
