I think even with no French you can understand. It's just plenty of people asking for permission on the video and images.

I am unable to view bc both vine and twitter are being shit... But I can see a big burning building :/ was there some recent attack  or something?

ironically the fire might be a result of "waterproofing work" carried out in the basilique.
