Title: Ban Merc_Strudog

1. Name of your character involved: jtobiasm
2. Name of offending character(s) Merc_Strudog
3. Time and server, as accurately as possible: Around 18:30, on eu1
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. 1st round i joined the server, I accidentally teamkilled strudog through a bush and i apologised, the next round he teamkills me on purpose at the start of the round.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did. You'd have to ask him to be honest.
6. Multiple Screenshots
Me team killing him by accident.

Next round he instantly team kills me.

I also play in DX7 but I have color text, are you using WSE2? I believe colour font is a feature in WSE2

Such a little my old friend, not only did you TK me on purpose the round before (screenshot proves this) , but your a cunt so its ok. Will always be butthurt from being rejected from the Mercs

I can confirm this, been there as it happened. :^)


Hope he will be several punished for his doing, mercs always seem to be allowed whatever the f*ck they want to. This has to stop!

I am sorry Strudog but as a veteran player you know that you should have opened a banthread in that case instead of revenge teamkilling. Also I cannot see how the screenshot proves that he TK'd you intentionally.

Don't know about you, but I think one player being butthurt for 5 minutes is much better than banning said player for several days (Depending on prior bans obviously)

Especially during these times of barely having any active players left banning them over some minor ass shit like this, for several days even, does way more harm than good.


People breaking the rules should not be banned anymore, but instead have gold, or -in severe cases- even looms, retracted from their accounts.

I am with you there for the most part and I already allow quite a lot before taking action, because of the reasons stated above. Rules are rules though and everyone has the right to be protected by them. I say with that few people around it would also be a lot worse if people could teamkill without any consequenses. If you forgive it one time, others expect to be forgiven as well. Strudog is a veteran, its just not something where an admin should turn a blind eye. Ban duration is depending on banhistory ofc, which I wont comment on in detail as long as the accused wants/needs the information.

This is getting off topic though, please keep it to relevant information if there are anymore.

i honestly couldn't care how long i was banned for , shut goes to show how petty this community is.
