We recently shut off a load of keys that were listed as refunded keys on Steam.
We have had reports of these keys being sold on non-trusted retailers. The best thing to do would be to send your key to https://www.taleworlds.com/en/Home/Support where you can get help.
As always, we recommend only buying from trusted retailers as we cannot guarantee the nature of certain other keys.

My suggestion is go and use the support form, and ask for a new cd key.

I get this message since 1st of June.

I had a Warband installed from TalesWorld.
On 1st of June I bought the Napoleonic Wars DLC on steam and had to buy the Vanilla Warband again, this time on Steam to make the mod work. So I did. Now I have two copies of Warband and the C-rpg Launcher asks me at start-up wich copy it shuld start.
Still neither on my old Warband from TW nor on my new Warband from steam I can access c-rpg servers and get above message.
Sad.
any idea?

When you launch through steam it replaces your normal key with the key you got with steam. You have to change it to the key you were using originally. Every time you launch it with steam it will do this dont forget.

Try contacting the seller of your key.

Double posting for the good cause.
Send a detailed email to the seller of your key, explaining what happened (also include a couple of pictures with your problem)
And ask them for a new cd key, I bought my key from gameholds.com, and I sent them an email explaining my problem, and now they will cross check it themselves, and if what I say it`s true, they will give me a new one!

Tw support hasnt answered after 2 days... But the people i bought a key from answer in 1 hr and now i have a new key. Gg tw

If you have a problem with your CD key, make a formal application to me. I solved about 100 similar problems. Effectiveness guaranteed!

New key I was sent is also disabled... Guess this key distributor has had their keys get disabled by tw.
