This is a bit extreme idea to address, what I see as a problem, the high wpf Matrix style swings.
This will also make hybrids based on two old(Pre lvl 35 patch)lvl 31-34 builds more popular then the current popularity of lvl 35+ builds.
The idea is simple,
increase skill point cost for high skill levels.
Skill level Skill point cost to get this skill level
1-5 1
6-10 2
11+ 3
My thoughts: This would force dedication to one skill early on unless you want super hybrid

My thoughts: This wouldn't affect 24/24 builds at all, but all Str, Agi, PD/PT=9+ and Troll focused builds would be penalized.
