As I entered the server, DaRkSouL_2 initiated a kick poll against BaIRO who happened to be cavalry and was "luring the bots". The poll succeeded. A few minutes later DaRkSoul_2 stated in chat to kick mHunter who was playing cavalry as well and says that mHunter is "leading". Commander Marji orders mHunter to fall back. Norse_Thorkan states in chat: "Disobeying the commander is a reason for a poll". Player Marji initiates a poll to kick mHunter, the reason stated is "disobeying orders".
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*
Because he/she did not like the playstyle of the victim and thought of it as wasting time.

I have video footage but it's about 45 minutes and 80% has nothing to do with this.
I request the offending players to be punished for poll abuse and directly insulting players via chat.

Disobedience means deserting, he has to be hanged for this. Marji did his job. Darksoul and Thorkan proved loyalty to their commander. Don't see anything bad in neither case.

Only the very first poll passed which kicked BaIRO, all the others failed

Meh, all 3 of them warned, especially Thorkan, since your ban history is already impressive.
Just because someone isn't playing as "100% efficiently" as you want them so you can farm gold and experience, is in NO way a reason for a poll.
