Title: Ban Eques_Sebb

1. Name of your character involved: Jacu_the_Grey
2. Name of offending character(s): Eques_Sebb
3. Time and server, as accurately as possible: 21.20 EU_3
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after: Eu battle, Heddar killed like 10 people in less than 10 sec (archer)... so eques made poll.
1) it is not skyladder as you can see.
2) ban can get person who throw this ladder not a guy who use this ladder to come on wall
after poll Heddar got kick, lost his good position and lost troops and strategus eq. good poll abuse
5. Why you think the offender did what he did: maybe he got arrow to many times so he rage. and I think this kid dont know what is is skyladder. reading  rules is hard I know.

it is skyladdering.. the first ladder isnt on the wall or something else!
this ladder is far away from the wall so we cant get the ladder down.. he stand in the air and shot like a gun at the berlinwall.. everywhere.. we said more than 10 times that he has to stop this! and jacu insulting isnt the right way.. learn to respect your opposite

it's typical rage poll, i dont know even how to trow ladders, wasn't my ladder some1 put them there so i just went there and pewpewing,Seb got very mad and made a stupid poll so here's a ban thread

Ok obviously Sebb missunderstood the definition of skyladdering. He thought a ladder which is not connected to a wall etc. is a skyladder. This was absoluetly no poll abuze because he seriously didn't know that. And about the battle: You guys lost exactly 333 tickets. The argument that the one ticket which you lost by the accepted poll (or the extremely expensive eq he had) isn't really worth it being discussed...
So in conclusion, it wasn't on purpose. He just didn't know it better. I hope you guys understand that...^^
