Post by: matt2507 on April 25, 2015, 01:24:01 pm
We have setup a Redmine. It's a project management tool who can help us alot.
Redmine provide a bug tracker, a wiki, a files management tool and a roadmap.

As a user, you can use it to report bugs and ask for new features, all you need to do is to create an account.
All request are seen by the items management team and are replied accordingly.

You can acces it and use it here:
http://crpg.open-sys.fr/

Quick tutorial to how request a feature or report a bug:
-Go to "New issue (http://crpg.open-sys.fr/projects/crpg/issues/new)".
-Select the appropriate tracker.
-Fill the subject and the description.
-Put the status to "New" (important).
-Choose the "piority.
-You can add files if you want (like screenshots or files if you provide models for new items)
-Hit the create button.

And voila, it's realy simple and that help us alot.

About the wiki:
If someone is interested to work on the wiki, send me a mp.

This is cool.

Please, do not list all bugs as urgent.  A game-breaking team balance issue is different than a texture/model being out of whack.  :)

Everything under patch 0.4.1.2 is urgent(fix patch) and will be patched end of May.
