 EU7, GMT +2, 14:40 - 15:00 aprox.

I saw him since 14:00 aprox. dressed so poor for every round, even when powerful waves came, and was always near to the viscount without any action.

5. Why you think the offender did what he did.

An admin was there and I ask him if should make a post, so he said me yes. It was Pendraeg.

Merc_ReD_WarriK has been warned in-game and will be banned if he's leeching the next time again.
