A champion donkey can run. Not that wimpy trot when you by it from the shop, but run, the front-left-right back-left-right sort of leg movement thing for a horse.

 - A donkey will float if +3 smoke bomb is thrown at it
 - But can a +3 donkey actually run or not?

Why do you want a + 3 donkey? Sure it is faster than infantry, but you have big disadvantage against all classes almost. Unless you are ranged cav, it may be ok then.

 had a 6/36 donkey cav who was fast enough to couch lance someone with a practice lance, I guess I have that screenshot anyhere in my meanwhile 8000 pics Q_Q

It is just fast enough for couching.

Donkeys are lovable. Who wouldn't want it to run regardless of riding skill? It's like owning a phone for the first time in your life. I remember vaguely about it. It was back in, I dunno, 1998 or something.
