3. Time and server, as accurately as possible       Eu3, strategus battle 1 hour ago

4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. 
   
 He was leeching as always on strategus, I have seen him so many times standing around, leeching hard half the battle. + he was glitching through the walls all the time, same as some others, especially other Eques members.

5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*      free XP, yay, fuck my team, I am an asshole!

7. Names of players who witnessed what happened.**      everyone on the server surely has seen this.

PS.: even the turkmens, the attacking faction, were not abusing this, I was following them and all of them were using ladders to get into the castle, only Eques members and some others were abusing the wall bug.

You've misunderstood what was going on here. yKing was shooting a catapult, not leeching.

The glitch you are talking about is a bug that happens sometimes (most of the time) when a catapult takes down a wall and it looks like the wall is still there but you can walk through it.

For that ban request he should be banned. I mean SirFloIII

1st. Yking shot with the cataplut.
2nd. Yking did strat stuff while the strat battle. He wasn´t leeching.. He was allways on ts and talked to us
3rd. We shot that wall and than we went through it. Is that really that hard to understand?
4th. We won that battle. We lost 366 tickets. The enemy lost 757.
5th. Fuck you.
6th. You should be banned for that. I´serious. A ban request isn´t jff u fucker

and btw. Eques attacked that fief^^

Sure does look like leeching when he is in the wall and around it for a good 10 minutes?

Just putting this out there since there is a bunch of "mind warping" going on here.

No action taken. Too unclear whether he was really leeching or using a catapult, but I'll give him the benefit of doubt.
The wall-glitching issue is also a grey area, it's just how it is, can't avoid going into it.

Please, next time post only important information such as bolded one, and don't defend your internet honor in ban threads, there's a duel server for that. :)
