XyNoX banned you for leeching for 2 days. It's your 3rd ban for leeching just in this 2 weeks.
Please, if you have to go away from computer for longer than 4-5 minutes, just join spectator or leave for some time. Joining spectator gives you a small chance to rejoin the team later if you make it back, but don't just occupy the server and do nothing :(
