Im banned in eu7 and now I cant join all eu servers.

Can I learn how long hour/days/week Im banned?

You should mention your ingame name to make it easiert for admins to look into it

You are banned for 12 hours for team-killing. You were kicked and warned, and you team-killed again and kept team-hitting for no reason. Read the Official Server Rules (http://forum.melee.org/announcements/official-server-rules/).
