Title: Any way to remove the masterwork beginner items?

So, a couple of months ago I started from new, and have been doing better ever since.
Now, there was that destiny update that added 4 (or so) masterwork items, and I exchanged the 2hander for a crossbow, but is there any ability to remove the other ones?

The freebie Masterworks are to help newbies get started in the game, but they can't be sold so that they don't mess up the economy. Why do you want to get rid of them?

Can you transfer those items to other chars?
Maybe it's just possible to transfer them to any new created char and delete it right after?
