PS and Athletics are most important in my opionion.
your builds are not really sensefull, always max out PS and athletics, put the rest into WM.
Just a hint, putting just points into attributes does not really give you anything.
at lvl 35 I suggest something like 24/24 with 8PS, 8 Athletics and 4 WM, (145 wpf)
or just 21/24, 7 PS, 8 athletics, 8 WM (177 wpf) and 3 IF if I calculated correctly
on level 38 (remember that takes ages, a year at least) I suggest pretty much 24/24 again with full WM and some IF.
